Kent's Insulation Aerospace Roanoke, VA

Just had to add my thoughts on this company.. As you are all aware we built our house. The house is complete except for the items Kent's Insulation was suppose to be here to finish 2 weeks ago. I am living in a brand new house with no mirrors, no toilet paper holders and no towel racks. Kent's was suppose to install these items for us weeks ago. We have called 3 times to ask when they will be here. The answer we received " Let me check and I will call you back". The last call we made on Wednesday December 30th, the guy acted like we were bothering him.. " a large sigh, let me check, I'll call you back".. we have heard that before. It is now Thursday December 31 and no one has called us back. With the unprofessionalism of this company, I would have to maybe even question to quality of their work now. I have figured what the hell, I have done this long without mirrors, toilet paper holders, and towel racks, I am searching for someone else to install these items. When they finally do call to see when they can come here to install, I will just sigh and say let me check AND I WILL CALL YOU BACK.. I would not recommend this company to no one. I am the first one to build in our new subdivision, so I will have alot of influence on the new ones building. I have already told my neighbor who will start building in the spring to find another insulation company and I will tell all others aswell.

My mother and I are posting our favorite recipes at www.dianeandcandy.blogspot.com. I feel like I am the only one who is putting recipes on here. Ma said she would add some as soon as she got back from vacation. The pigeon forge trip.. remember that ma... Lets see that was the first week of May I believe.. We are now into June almost July.. Get with it. Take a pill and get going.. Love ya bunches.

Quality time at the beach...

We went to Holden Beach for Doug's nephews wedding. It was a very beautiful wedding and Doug was able to spend alot of time with Brandon and Nathan. He really enjoys spending time with his kids. The smiles that were on his face the whole week are unexplainable. I just love to see him happy it brightens my day. They played at the beach and they had a lot of conversations on the front porch. We are awaiting our next family trip in July and I expect it to be just as good as this one.

Poor Doug!

My feelings are so hurt. Doug said I would not make a good nurse. I thought I did pretty good. He hit is head and put a big gash in it and it was bleeding pretty bad. I took my time and effort to doctor up his big head and he complained the whole time. You should have seen his face when I went to take the tape off. OUCH!!!

Like I said in a previous post. The dysfunctional family. Harley is showing Otis he is the man of the house. Ernie ball has picked the perfect name for Otis.. Otis Winchester Montgomery. All we can do is love these little guys no matter how they act.

Congratulations Brandon!! finally off the payroll.

Brandon graduated saturday from Ferrum. We have promised not to pick on him anymore and call him names, like Van Wilder and Rodney Dangerfield back to school. Congratulations Brandon. Enjoy Florida..
